WHAT TO EXPECT IN BREATHING PRACTICE

Physical sensations, tingling, temperature change, feeling weighted or heavy on the floor, feel compelled to move about or make sounds, just try not to stand as you may be light-headed

Experience a variety of emotions such as crying, grief, anger, fear, laughing, bliss, elation, gratitude, etc.

Re-experience old memories, be visited by loved ones

Even re-experience your own birth or the birth of a child

You may also move into the transpersonal and experience a connection to all that is, feel like you are floating in space or have a conversation or receive a message from your higher self

The most common sentiments I hear expressed after the breathing is over are deep gratitude and expansiveness
