Working with Nicole Blair through the R.E.A.L. Talk Series was a wonderful experience for our community. Learn self-regulation with coaching and breath practice
by releasing suppressed energy and stress through breath modulation. Our bodies act as living archives, recording every past hurt, stress, rejection, and disappointment. By consciously and intentionally breathing in a specific rhythm, oxygen will flow throughout the body and release trapped emotions, anxiety and stress-related energy patterns.
