About the event

Please send an email for details. Dates may change. Come let go and deepen your trust in yourself. Through deep listening, communication of feelings and sensuality you will find freedom from a resistent mind, stressed body and blocked breathing. This is a combination of the Japanese Art of Rope Binding and Therapeutic Breathing combined for a deep experience of yourself and in relation to others. The two-day workshop, coming this Spring, will focus on the therapeutic and sensual aspects of this work. Learning how to use the ropes safely, meditation and movement and a full breathwork session will be the focus of the 2-day workshop. Private sessions and couples workshop will explore a more intimate and sensual experience. Ishara Gabri is a Holistic Operator and Breathworker. She has been exploring and studying states of consciousness for over 18 years. She is the National Representative fo the International Breathwork Foundation and is an experienced Shibari Performance Artist and Teacher. Call 504-416-0590 for more information.

  • 2-Day Rope Breath Workshop

    Jan 25-26, 10am - 5pm. Come in comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle and please leave your jewelry at home. We will break for lunch.

  • Couples Workshop

    5 hours of teaching, practice and learning about safe communication, trust and self regulation.

    $600.00

  • Private Couples Session

    3 hour private sessions focusing on trust, communication, sensuality, surrender and teaching of the technique. This session is exploratory and the client sets the limits.

    $700.00

  • Private Single Session

    Private 2 hour session teaching the technique with a focus on communication. This session may be exploratory. The client sets the limits.
