This group is not clinical therapy, nor is it a place for assumptions, debates or alternative theories.
This is a safe space, so please be mindful to keep it neutral. Talk about your own feelings, you personal experiences, but not those of others. We will focus on sharing and supporting rather than solving.

If you cannot make this time and more than 3 people request an online version of this group, I will keep a running list and reach out to you.
