My Path to Breathwork, Grief Support and Mindset Coaching

I came to coaching because I’m deeply curious about what helps people actually change and move through their pain. My background in counseling psychology taught me that insight is important, but it’s not the whole story.

 

People can know why they’re stuck and still feel frozen.

 

What changed everything for me was breathwork. I saw people shift, not by thinking harder, but by coming back to their bodies. Breath gave them access to clarity, emotion, and personal truth that words couldn’t reach. That’s when I learned: real change happens when the body is part of the conversation.

 

Grief work found me through personal loss. I saw how silence around sorrow can damage people long-term. Witnessing my family's suffering over child loss shaped my mission to help others needing support through painful loss.

 

Mindset coaching grew from my own struggle with negative self-talk. The way we talk to ourselves matters. I help people name and shift the patterns like self-blame or overgeneralization that keep them stuck. Not by pretending everything’s fine, but by being more honest and kinder to themselves.

 

My work is compassionate and grounded in the body. I combine breathwork, parts work, nervous system tools, and mindful awareness to help you come back to your body, and to your own inner guidance and self-trust.
