Limiting Beliefs

Our thoughts travel at 300 miles per hour. We have 70,000 thoughts a day. Unfortunately many of our thoughts are beliefs that limit our joy and success. Limiting beliefs cause us to live small and keep our accomplishments 'manageable.' Some common limiting beliefs sound like:

'I'm not good enough'
'I'm not smart enough'
'I can't do anything right'
'I have to please everyone'
'I don't deserve to succeed'
'I'm such an idiot'
'She'll never like me'
I'm not good looking enough'
'I'll never make enough money'
'I always mess things up'
'It's better not to embarrass myself than to try and fail'
'I'm not worthy'
'I am not creative'
'It's my responsibility to make others feel good'

'I don't have anything to offer'
'I'm too old or too young'

These beliefs keep us from fully expressing ourselves, from having relationships, from innovating, from taking risks that could propel us forward.

Let's challenge these limiting beliefs together! First, we'll identify them, then question their validity. By establishing good mental hygiene, we'll reframe these beliefs into more empowering ones and upgrade your life.
