About the event

Heal yourself with support from two dedicated Therapeutic Breathing Practitioners, Jack Fontana and Nicole Blair. Jack is an expert practitioner with over 35 years of experience. Nicole is a Certified Breathing Practitioner with 6 years experience and is a  Certified Grief Recovery Specialist. She also has an M.A. in Counseling Psychology
