Thursday Arrival: Prepare for an arrival at 5 PM on Thursday, January 4, for dinner. Embrace this opportunity to spend time with your fellow participants and embark on a transformative retreat, beginning with a powerful process that fosters connection.

Departure on Sunday: Sunday departure is scheduled for 2 PM. Enjoy a final communal lunch and closing ceremony that concludes this extraordinary journey of self-discovery.

Location: Our retreat will be nestled within the historic grandeur of St. Charles College, the esteemed Jesuit Spirituality Center in Grand Coteau. The remarkable St. Charles College, an architectural gem, was constructed in 1837. Our retreat address is 313 E Martin Luther King Drive, Grand Coteau, LA 70541, conveniently situated just 14 miles north of Lafayette and easily accessible from I-49. For those arriving by air, the nearest airport is Lafayette, while Baton Rouge is a mere 70-minute drive away.

Accommodations: Throughout your stay from Thursday to Sunday, enjoya private room with an attached bath.The retreat package also includes all meals, allowing you to relax amidst the College's breathtaking natural surroundings. Enjoy quiet time in the healing and grounding experience of leisurely strolls amidst the captivating grand oaks of the retreat grounds.

Theme and Focus of the Retreat: Under the banner of "Up Until Now, I have lived my life...," we delve into the realm of introspection and exploration. Our focus centers on the profound question of "Now What?" as we seek to uncover our intentions, purpose, and deepest desires. This retreat promises to be a transformative journey, offering participants a precious opportunity to shift their perceptions and lead lives imbued with newfound freedom.

Facilitators: This retreat features a dynamic duo of
exceptional facilitators. Jack Fontana, a seasoned master in Conscious Connected Breathing with over 25 years of experience, leads retreats, imparts breathwork wisdom, and offers guidance in both private and group settings. Complimenting him is Nicole Blair,  master's educated in Psychology, who excels in breathwork, inner critic transformation, and grief recovery. Together, they inspire a blend of lightheartedness and profound connection into their work, fostering a nurturing and transformative environment for clients and groups.

Cost and Payment: The investment for this transformative retreat is $693 and is non-refundable. However, should unforeseen emergencies arise and we are able to fill your spot, we will gladly refund your retreat cost. Payment can be made securely via credit card online at JackFontana.com. Please ensure that checks are received by December 10. Please note that we are not accepting Venmo or Paypal for this retreat.

Meals: This retreat offers a total of 9 meals, beginning
with dinner on Thursday evening and culminating with breakfast and lunch on Sunday. If you have specific dietary requirements, we
encourage you to bring your preferred snacks to ensure your needs are fully met.

Intimate Group Size: To foster a close-knit and enriching experience, we have reserved limited space for only 25 participants. To secure your spot, we encourage you to register with payment by December 10, ensuring your place in this transformative retreat.

Accessibility: The college and retreat center have been designed with accessibility in mind. Furthermore, a few of the nature walks are also accessible, ensuring that everyone can partake in the natural beauty that surrounds us.

Building Community: Our intention is to create a powerful and supportive community during the retreat, facilitating your growth and comfort throughout this journey of self-discovery. This community will extend beyond the retreat, providing ongoing support for your continued path of consciousness.

Packing Essentials: To ensure your utmost comfort, please prepare by bringing along comfortable clothing, a water bottle, personal essentials, a yoga mat, a cozy blanket for breathwork, a flashlight or headlamp, and any special dietary requirements. Don't forget to bring your favorite pillow, a cozy sweater, and warm socks to make your stay even more enjoyable. Rest assured, we will provide you with notebooks and pens for your convenience during the retreat.
