The Grief Recovery Method (GRM) is an evidence-based program that has helped tens of thousands of people recover from loss. Implemented in 22 countries and translated into over 15 languages, this action-based approach helps individuals uncover what's holding them back from moving forward.

My group sessions, limited to a maximum of 12 attendees (often just 8), provide a safe and supportive environment where you can learn techniques to find meaning and move through your grief.  If you find yourself stuck with repetitive thoughts about your relationship with the person you've lost, this group may be the perfect fit. Through a series of exercises, I'll guide you to complete any unfulfilled communication and process any  regrets, unmet dreams, plans, and expectations. Each person is unique and your needs are also unique. I work with each client to determine what you need now and how I can help. Not everyone grieving faces the same challenges.
